Hi,
We had a problem with our RTC 120 autosampler during a run last night.
Basically it stopped half way through a run.
Tried restarting the CPAL, but now get an error message 'Agitator is not homed'. We can't change the syringe either as the head will not park. As usual the user manual is not much help (doesn't mention the error at all!). Is there a quick fix for this or is it an engineer visit?

Thanks in advance,
Andy
Hi, it seems I have a similar problem, did u find a solution? Thanks

It was a broken agitator drive belt. The initial error message wasn't very helpful. I'm not sure this is the same as your problem.
