Any one can tell me how to analysed Ethylene glycol and propylene glycol in Glycerin on GC packed column ?
Which column to be used and what will be the chromatography conditions ?

If you want to do without derivatiation, try a Tenax column; dissolve samples in water. The glycerin peak itself will be quite broad and will require higher temperatures to get it off the column (you didn't state that you needed to assay the glycerin, just the impurities). If you use trimethylsilyl derivatization on a methyl silicone column, the ethylene glycol-TMS will elute just after your solvent/derivatization agents. Capillary might be the best and easiest for this.
