Hello! I'm using a GC-TCD with a packed column and I was running some preliminary tests. My online plot (while method is running) shows peaks, but my saved data (after finishing the method) just shows a line. Can anyone help me with this?

Are you saving GC-TCD signal or from another channel ?
Try to enlarge saved signal by extending vertical scale.
