Hi,
how to create & prepare std a method for analyzing amines (conc. 45-50%wt) using FID or TCD? please give me some guidance.

Actually, you need to give us "some guidance" like way more detail. For example, if an R&D customer asked me to analyze amine of conc. 45-50%wt, I'd do a titration with standardized acid.
We use Raman quantification technology (SERS) from % level down to ppm, ppb
