Hello,
I recently obtained a Varian 3400cx with Saturn 2000 and Star Chromatography workstation (I know, its old). The software recognizes the Saturn MS but not the 3400 GC. The GC has RS232 cable to connect to the computer and the MS has a GPIB and card. When I click on "About" section it says its a 3800GC (not 3400) and 2000 MS. Do I need to find software or drivers for the 3400cx? The software does not auto recognize? Do I need to reload Star Chromatography? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
