During robustness I would like to perform stability on my calibration standards. I am performing a serial dilution to generate a calibration curve. Does stability have to be done on each individual standard OR can I simply perform stability on the highest and lowest concentration on my curve? Thanks.

We just checked stability of the stored standard v. freshly-made standard.
Most literature just assumes that one makes everything fresh, and avoids any stability issues. But that's often impractical.
