Extraction of LXA4 from human serum samples.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have developed a lc-ms method for the extraction of Lipoxin-A4 using Thermo Exactive. Now i'm trying to extract LXA4 from human serum samples usig Liquid-Liquid extraction using ethyl acetate, but i failed to extract from it.

Could you please suggest me a new method so that i can extract Lipoxin-A4 from serum samples.
