when performing Biopartitioning Micellar Chromatography which is a branch of Micellar Liquid Chromatography , retention factor is extremely needed.

I need to calculate dead time T zero using thiourea as unretained compound by the column , and then, find retention factor value for my sample.

Please, indicate me how to prepare thiourea for measuring actual void volume of a specific HPLC column ?

The same way you would prepare your actual samples.
