QuEChERS Cleanup and Analysis of Veterinary Drugs in Milk

In this article, the analysis of milk for veterinary drugs was performed using two different sorbents, Discovery DSC-18 and Supel QuE Z-Sep+. The C18 sorbent provided better recoveries for a majority of the compound classes; but Z-Sep+ sorbent afforded effective removal of phospholipids when required, proving beneficial for the analysis of chloramphenicol and avermectins.
