quadratic regression

waters micromass triple quad is used for the quantification, why i always get quadratic regression from lcmsms analysis.

Is this unexpected in the analysis you are doing? Are you operating near the lower sensitivity limit? How far off linear are your calibration curves?

our lowest peak at LLOQ. linear regression give me r2 at 0.9.

Ionization efficiency is often related to concentration if using Electrospray source. I often see quadratic responses on our LCMSMS.
