I urgenty need an article - please, help!

Does anyone have access to the article published in American Laboratory by R. Johnson, Jan. 2005, 26-28 (there is a comparison between Kuderna-Danish and Dry Vap)? Unfortunately it is not available on AL website. I need it because one of the reviewers of my manuscript to said there are some important information.
If someone could send me a scan, I would appreciate it.

Interesting that a referee wants you to use that particular paper; it's a sales pitch, not a peer reviewed study.

I'm with Peter. This is the first time that I've heard of a referee for a journal asking you to reference what is basically a sales publication.
