Hi everyone,
Has anyone tried the Waters WAX SPE protocol for oligonucleotide sample preparation? I am getting very low recovery (<10%) for samples with 8M guanidinium HCl. I've diluted the samples with 10mM ammonium acetate (pH5.5) before loading into the cartridge. Just wondering if maybe the Cl ions from the guanidinium HCl is causing the issue.
