Propinox HCl dissolution method

Hello I´m loocking for a method of dissolution for Propinox HCl tablets, for HPLC. And i dont find any information of this API, for official bibliography like pharmacopeias or another handbook, so, I appreciate anything information can you provide. Thanks a lot!
