sample prep sugar analysis

I try to analyze sugars (fructose, glucose, sucrose, lactose) by hplc-rid (80% ACN/20% H2O, Kromasil Nh2 column).

I do not have good recovery at yogurt, cheese and bread.

Do you have any suggestions for sample prep?
