The ranges you are looking at will require you make a standard of a,b,c and a separate one of d,e,f then make each level of the calibration separately by adding each of those mixtures at a level that works then bring to volume in your solvent. Or you will have to add each individual standard into a level of the calibration and bring to volume.
If the range had been 0.5-5% and 1.0-10% then you could make a single mix and just do a serial dilution, but since one set covers a different range relative to high and low, you will have to make them individually, but you can put them all into each calibration level, it just takes more work.
