Preparing one standard with multiple concentrations, how?

Hello,

I have 6 compounds and want to prepare a 6 point standard curve at two different concentrations ranges.

For example:

Compound a,b,c: 0.5%-10%,
Compound e,d,f: 1-5%

Is it possible to get this concentrations all in one standard?
The ranges you are looking at will require you make a standard of a,b,c and a separate one of d,e,f then make each level of the calibration separately by adding each of those mixtures at a level that works then bring to volume in your solvent. Or you will have to add each individual standard into a level of the calibration and bring to volume.

If the range had been 0.5-5% and 1.0-10% then you could make a single mix and just do a serial dilution, but since one set covers a different range relative to high and low, you will have to make them individually, but you can put them all into each calibration level, it just takes more work.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
