Hello,

I have a sample extracted in 50% ACN in H2O and want to clean it up using high speed centrifuge (14,000 rpm).

Would centrifuging at this high speed alter the 50% ACN in H2O solution?
Weigh your centrifuge tube before and after, see if significant change.

I'd use tubes with caps.

Centrifuging won't alter solutions, but will alter suspensions and emulsions.
