Hi All,

I have read the other posts in relation to Chemstation and the way the software calculates peak symmetry.

I am looking to try to calculate peak symmetry using the USP methodology of peak width at 5% of peak height divided by 2 x the front width at 5%.

I am currently using Chemstation, is there a way to get the software to calculate this or would I need to do this manually? i.e determine the peak width and front width at 5%?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Hello. Add usp tailing factor to the report
