Uhplc leaks with MBTE as eluens

For the analysis of carotenoids the C30 column is often used and MBTE is used as eluent. I also want to use this method on our hplc's (Thermo Accela and Shimadzu Nexera).
In both systems, however, the pump will leak at a high concentration of MBTE (> 80%). The pump heads have been cleaned and the seals replaced, but the problem has not been solved.
If another eluent is used, there is no problem.
Who knows how this problem can be solved.
You would have to check with the vendor(s) to find out what alternative seal materials are available.
