Which in-silico modelling tool accepts Empower data?

Hi all,

Automated method development packages are designed to bind the CDS with the wrapper layer UI to enable hardware control and data access through this route. However, I was wondering which of these packages would also allow to easily tap into some pre-existing Empower results (UV and MS processed and saved in Empower)? e.g. I run a set in Empower, process normally, save the results and then somehow port this data into the simulation software so all the integration is preserved.
Could this be done in Chromsword? or Fusion?

My guess is that it could be done in either, but that you would have to be very careful about naming/renaming things and you might have to make process only sample sets to facilitate reprocessing with the dev. software's added CFs.

I'd check with the vendors to be certain.
