Hi!

So I'm currently cobbling together a HPLC system from surplus gear, and having had to completely give up on getting Millenium 32 running (missing key diskette, All that license protection is a nightmare),

I want to run the system using the 600 controller as the 'brains' via IEEE 488. The manual states one can do this - but the manual is old enough that it only mentions the 996 PDA.

Does the 2996 work the same, interface wise? Will the W600 run it? Are there setup differences?

Thanks in advance!
Okay so digging through some more references, it looks as if not even the 996 can - only the older 486/490's.
