Is it possible to determine butaphosphan by using UV-Detector?
Butaphosphan has no UV activity. You can try t do indirect detection which is not a very good approach, derivatization or alternative detection techniques (ELSD, RI, CAD, MS)

My opinions might be bias, but I have about 1000 examples to support them. Check our website for new science and applications

Can you suggest any alternative method
Do you have access to any other detection techniques - ELSD, CAD, RI, MS, nitrogen detector?

None of the technique is available
you can try indirect detection, but it is not of my favorite approaches. You can add some neutral highly UV active compound into the mobile phase and observe your compound as a negative peak.
