I would like to know of some methodology to analyze sodium perborate in ophthalmic products by HPLC, since the BP methodology is by titration.

If sodium perborate is the only salt used in the solution then you would determine perborate and do a mole to mole calculation of the amount of sodium perborate.

Chromatographically it would most likely be to use Ion Chromatography to determine perborate. There is no direct way to determine sodium perborate since the salt will ionize once it is in water and be present as sodium cation and perborate anion.
