water detector 2487 problems

Hi,
I have a problem with my waters detector 2487. I have those error when I turn on the detector "Dark current.Reference too low" and "Dark current. Sample too low". Then, I clicked enter and when the lamp finished the warmup I got this other error "filter initialization failure. No filter found"
Somebody help me!
