can anyone suggest me a method to analyse all the water soluble vitamins using rp-hplc? Is it possible to estimate vitamins using phenyl column?

Quantification is obviously possible as well if you have the respective standards of each vitamin.

I tried several methods that are available in google. but, none of the methods gave me accurate results. so i need a rapid and precise mehod for better quantification and seperation.
