Hello,
I am trying to find a method to run lauryl betaine on the HPLC or UPLC.

Please if someone has any information in regards to helping me in this situation, please advise me.

thanks
You can use this method for your analysis:
https://helixchrom.com/compounds/cetylpyridinium/

Your main issue is going to be tailing on C18 columns. You will need ELSD, CAD for this. You can try 200-210 nm UV but will need to replace TFA with phosphoric or sulfuric acid for better transparency and LOD/LOQ

My opinions might be bias, but I have about 1000 examples to support them. Check our website for new science and applications
www.helixchrom.com
thank you Vald for the help.
but i can't see in that page any info about how to make the STD.
can you please send me this method like PDF.
