Could anyone please suggest me good buffers to use at alkaline pH (> 8.0)

Hi Saipraveen,

Excellent reference from Tom Jupille--of the basic buffers listed within I've used borate, tris and glycine as parts of mobile phases in QC work.

Ammonia, pKa 9.2, pH range 8.2 - 10.2, volatile, <10mM and <30°C is recommended with MS use

This link has also a number of biological buffers that are suitable at alkaline pH, such as Tricine, Bicine and Ches.
