Hi there,

Can anyone tell me what these settings specifically do? I've tried the PDA manuals, Empower on-line help and even Google but still can't find either a suitable explanation as to what they do and when I should or shouldn't use them.
A UV cut-off at 210nm to avoid sample bleaching by harder UV or any other effects related to strong absorption/scattering below 200nm.
