The analysis can be done similar to this application:

You will need ELSD, CAD, RI or mass spec to monitor your compound. For ELSD/CAD you can replace ammonium formate buffer with TFA. Retention time is mostly controlled by amount of ions in the mobile phase. You are operating in weak RP and medium strength CE.
