Hi Everyone:

Why is that there has been no response to
questions on HPLC calibration protocol?
I am trying to find the protocol, and have not
seen any answers to the question already
posted.

Could anyone please let me know the protocol
to do a five-point calibration curve to calculate
the concentration.

Not sure what your're looking for in a "protocol".

Procedure is straightforward:
1. run calibrators at five different concentrations
2. plot peak area vs concentration
3. determine best straight line fit. the slope is your "response factor"
4. Run your sample
5. divide peak area by response factor to get concentration.

Or do you have something more specific in mind?

Original poster - what was the title of your original message and when did you post it? I can't see a similar message on the board.

However, without further detail over what you are trying to do, I would agree with first responder on what to do.
