FITC Dextran analysis by HPLC

Hi,
Has anybody any experience with FITC Dextran kD (HPLC/FLD)? What column to use, what mobile phase to use?

Hello.
Sorry if offtopic. Dextrans can be analyzed via HPLC/RID & column like BioSep-SEC-S (Phenomenex).

Various Mw Dextran is actually used for Mw calibration in GPC/SEC analyses. Tosoh (TSK) columns are superb for purpous.
