What is the best column to use for carbonyl analysis and what is your mobile phase? Trying to find a better column using a gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile, water and methanol.
Hi Ivan,

Are you performing derivatization with DNPH? If so, try Supelco's RP-Amide, Agilent's Bonus RP, or Thermo's Acclaim Carbonyl columns. If you prefer SPPs, then try AMD's HALO 5 C18 (with some THF) or HALO-5 RP-Amide.
