I was just turning on our HPLC Prominence using Labsolutions software. (the computer and equipment were shut down on December 21 2017 for the Holidays)
My problem is I cannot connect the instrument now. The error showing is: [193d Failed to update the latest information of the instrument operating status]
I have tried restarting the system five times already. I have also tried removing and reconnecting the LAN connections. Still, error persists. Now I can not even do a backup of my data. The software crashes after failure to connect instrument.
Can anybody help me?
