Hi Guys.
I dont have any experience doing HPLC. Need your help as well as opinion from all of u guys. I want develop a method to detect 2 drugs; Doxorubicin and Docetaxel. Both of these drugs have pKa; (doxorubicin: 10.2 @ 8.2) and (Docetaxel: 11.2@10.96). So, which buffers are suitable that might be a mobile phase for these two drugs. Also, what a concentration of these 2 drugs need to be prepared as a working stock.. For your information, im using Agilent 1200 RRLC mechine.
