I am getting peak splitting in all peaks in a following Mobile phase on a UPLC column.: 2.1 x 100mm, 1.7µm

M.P A.: 0.1%OPA pH to 3.0 adjusted with TEA &
M.P B.: (1ml OPA in a200ml Water then added 800ml ACN )pH is around 2.2).

Is it due to different pH mobie phases??
Sounds more like a void volume somewhere, as there are all peaks affected.

Re-check/reconnect the installation of the column.

Or the inlet frit of the column may be partially clogged.
