Hi everyone,

Have you heard of a software call Gradient pump calibration calculation (GPCC), if so where can I get it from. This sw is to calculate the gradient performance of my hplc

Thanks
Step test and gradient formation linearity tests are commonly done to check this. Nothing more than water, acetone (0.3% in water), and (maybe) Excel are required.
Thanks,
DR

Can anyone let me know the calculation needed to check the Gradient of HPLC using 0.1% Acetone in water?
