Hello HPLC expert,

Can someone recommend me any HPLC column with:
- stationary phase: end-capped polar-embedded octadecylsilyl amorphous organosilica polymer R (150 x 4.6, 5µm)
- stationary phase: octadecyl vinyl polymer for chromatography R (250 x 4.6,5 µm)
- stationary phase: trimethylsilyl silica gel for chromatography R (250 x 4.6,5 µm)

Dear Truong,

Polar embedded columns are available from several manufacturers like Waters, Supelco, Phenomenex, Thermo. One example is Symmetry Shield!
Polymer based RP18 materials are available from 3 manufacturers: Agilent (former PolymerLabs column), Hamilton and Tosoh. And maybe several new companies will now popup and claim that they also have such a material.
Your last column request is a C1 material. Please google for that one.

This asks for "organosilica polymer", so this is no ordinary silica column but a hybride column. Therefore Symmetry Shield is no option. The only columns that fit this description (and I am aware of) are the XBridge Shield and XTerra RP18 (XTerra RP18 is polar-embedded, while XTerra MS18 is not!), both from Waters. The other hybrides that I know (Gemini and Gemini NX from Phenomenex, Triart by YMC) are not available as polar-embedded.
