Unknown Arginine Phosphate Buffer Peak in RP-HPLC??

I am running a RP_HPLC method using a Vydac C4 column. I am using 0.1% TFA and and 80%ACN/0.1%TFA as mobile phase. Our samples are diluted with 0.5M Arginine Phosphate. I am seeing an unknown peak when this Arg-Phos buffer is run neat which is interfering with my sample peak. The peak does not show up in any blank runs. The peak does not double in size when running 1M Arg-Phos. The peak does not show up when running argine or phosphoric acid neat. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this? Thanks,
Mike

Strange, maybe you inject air only with Arg-Phos? Need more details, amts injected, loop size, how and from what are the two conc of Arg-Phos prepared....
