Vitamin D Measurement

I am measuring Vitamin D as an in-house project. Could someone guide me on what Wash buffers should be used, elution buffer and mobile phase? I am using the Agilent HP1100. Thanks!

give us some details about your intend. Which matrix you want to dose vitamin D (biological fluids or tablets)?
