when calculating Raw Material assay on anhydrous basis the water content shall be considered for both standard and Raw material in the equation or only to one portion? Can any one provide example calculation

The most straightforward way is to do all your initial calculations on a molar basis, and then plug in the appropriate molecular weight at the end.
