ELSD signal wont show up in chemstation offline analysis

Hi everyone

We recently coupled a Sedere LT 90 ELSD to our 1200 Agilent system. We also installed a driver that is compatible with chemstation and it seems to be working fine. The signal (voltage) is shown on the online spectrum in mV and we are able to run and observe the run online. However, when the report is generated and the file is transferred to chemstation offline, only the DAD1 signal is recorded and can be analysed.

Any ideas how to fix this? Greatly appreciated. In signal preferences, I have already added both the ELSD signal and DAD.
I'm retired, but remember a similar situation from way back. We could see such external signal on the monitor but the signal was not being stored. The solution was to run a 9-pin remote cable from the 35900 to the computer.
Thanks, CPG! That was it. Much appreciated.
