Hey!

We had to adjust our Eksigent (Integrity) autosampler rack and now experience a new error.
I used the software SparkLink to align the autosampler rack but when I left the service mode, an error popped up saying:

Integrity has reported an error, Nack0 received in block on 23010107000020

I repeated the adjustment and the error did not occur again but it still pops up in the Eksigent/Analyst Software. The Autosampler is not even starting but I immediately get an error.

I can start an injection in the SparkLink software, so there is nothing wrong with the autosampler. Its "just" the communication. Any ideas how I could solve this?

I reinstalled Eksigent but that did not help.
