Hi,

I am currently working on a HPLC method. It is an isocratic method, which uses DI water as mobile phase, RI detector for detection and Aminex HPX 87C (7.8 x 300 mm) column. The flow rate is 0.6 mL/min and column temperature is 65C. I am seeing tailing peak for my sample, which the column standard is coming out great. How can I fix tailing on my sample peak?
Does you sample match the mobile phase? What is the injection volume?

Yes the sample is dissolved in the Mobile phase (DI Water). I am loading 200 ug on the column.
