Hi,

I am trying to run an injector program on an Agilent 1260 Infinity II using OpenLab 2.5. I can setup the program but cannot find how to run it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
You should create a sample preparation method with your injector program and load this method to the corresponding cells of the sequence table or choose the method in the corresponding field of the single analysis window.
The "injector program" you create as part of the method is saved as part of the method. Anytime you run the method, it will run too. If the injector program is not running as part of the method, then the method you are running does not have the injector program in it.
In OpenLab, an injector program is saved as a separate "sample preparation method" file. This file must be specified in the corresponding field of the software before starting the sample analysis. Otherwise, a simple injection of the sample is made with the volume taken from the main "acquisition method" file.
