Can anyone explain what the current on the graph display on the actual screen of the CAD measures? Why does this current measured in the same units (pA) not match up with the signal the software (such as Empower) picks up?

Cad is measured in pA picoamps
Empower uses mv millivolts
The conversion is 10^6
Two different manufacturers, they can choose whatever response units they want.
