Hello everyone,
I am using Agilent 1260 currently, with Vialsampler G7129A, Serial No. DEAEQ30878 and OpenLab CDS V2.3. After every few injections now, after the Vialsampler injects the sample, the Vialsampler turns red and shows the error message as [EE 34331,0]. Also, on restarting the instrument, the sampler initialization is getting failed along with the error [EE 34326, 0]. This is when we usually have to call an engineer to rectify this.

This has been a recurring issue with us and we cannot seem to identify the source of the problem. As this is happening after every few injections, it is getting difficult to run sequences as it may stop at any injection. If anyone has faced similar issues or could have any idea we could avoid this problem, please help us resolve this.
Thank you.
Sounds like a motor issue. If you go into lab advisor or handheld controller, it should also specify which motor and more about it. Might be able to find the error code in a manual as well. Based on what error you find would determine the course of action recommended.

Lab Advisor shows error [EE 34331,0]. Nothing more.
Could be motor zero, x, left and right. Pretty new model for a bad motor. Could check the back tracks at the bottom behind the sample tray. Ive seen vials stuck back there and other debris that can cause x motor errors.
Had a similar issue recently. We called Agilent tech and he replaced the transport assembly and all was good. The motor on them doesn't last forever especially if it's running a ton of samples.
First, refer to the instrument's user manual and the OpenLab CDS software documentation to understand the meaning of these error codes. They may provide specific guidance on troubleshooting steps for these errors. slope game
Ensure that your OpenLab CDS software is up to date. Sometimes, updating the software can resolve compatibility issues. Geometry Dash
