Can anyone help me with manual peak integration on a shimadzu with labsolutions software? I have prepped and ran my standards, now the peaks aren't hitting the correct retention times. I am not sure where to go from here.

How far are the retention times off? Are you able to post a chromatogram now vs whats expected?
You should be able to adjust the integration parameters, update component table times, or make a new integration method.
