Hello,
I have a question about cleaning a column used for speciation (LC-MS / MS).
I had lipid samples and they most likely contaminated my column.
I don't know much about liquid chromatography, if you can help me out to know how I could clean the contaminated column, that would be appreciated.
As a result of the contamination, the pressure in the instrument has risen and I lost sensitivity.
Here are the characteristics used for my speciation:
A column of anionic type in the reverse phase, the mobile phase consists of PBS / EDTA / MeOH.
The pH is 11.
Thank you!
