Fingertight Fitting Identification Help (1200 Bin Pump)

Can anyone help identify or give a part number for this fitting that converts the flat bottom fitting to a tubing connection? I broke mine off in the pump. I've looked through the manuals and can not find anything.

It should be Idex part # P-652 or Agilent # 0100-1847
