Good afternoon. I have a Teledyne Tekmark Atomx purge and trap, but lately the COM port keeps disconnecting. The device won't turn off; it just disconnects. A 9-pin connection is used to connect the device to the computer. I've tried other cables, but I can't get any signal. I only get a signal with the original cable. Has anyone experienced this? I'd appreciate any help.
